Almendra is a free calligraphic font based on chancery and gothic hand typography designed by Ana Sanfelippo. It’s great for text and also headlines. It was chosen to be shown at the 2010 Bienal Iberoamericana de Diseo exhibition in Madrid, which featured graphic design, textile design, fashion design, digital design, product design, architecture and interior design. It was also part of the 2012 German editorial project Typodarium.
